LET'S TALK ABOUT POSSESSION AND OTHER MIND HIJINKS.
See, one of Mukuro's favorite things to do is have a whole network of people he's mindlinked to. In order to do this, he has to scratch them with his trident-- it doesn't have to be a big gaping wound, since even a little cut on the ankle will do to establish a psychic link between his mind and someone else's. Why? To watch what they see and do for information gathering purposes, and your character will be none the wiser, unless they're telepathic or are able to sense foreign entities lurking about their minds. You can probably tell where I'm going with this, but it gets worse.
Another of his favorite tricks is to possess people he has a link with, meaning he can wear someone's body like a meat suit and parade around acting like them. If they have some kind of special skill, especially battle or supernatural skill, he can also use them while he's wearing the person-- for example, if he's wearing a chef, he can use their super Iron Chef skills, or if he's wearing a wizard, he can use their Avada Kedavra despite not normally knowing it. Your character may be aware of this, but they will not know it's him until he actually declares himself.
Really invasive, right? Here's where permissions come in. Even if Mukuro does all of these without regard for others, I definitely don't want to unless I'm given explicit permission by you. If you don't want to reply, that's okay! I can think of some reason why Mukuro wouldn't bother trying to establish a mindlink with your character. But rest assured, whenever he starts thinking of doing so, I'll shoot you a PM immediately, regardless of whether or not you reply to this post.
As a note, non-organics are safe, in case you play such a character. Cyborg vulnerability depends on the number of implants in the body and whether or not the brain has been modified. You need 100% wetware in order to be susceptible to Mukuro.

Abilities: mostly telepathic communication and control of computers, but it doesn't seem effective on local network connected devices. will let you know when I find out what it does work on.
Anything else: Hiling is AI but mostly organic which is why I am going with her being susceptible. There would be a noticeable difference between hers and a human mind and her nanomachines may make things difficult. She would be aware of his presence and try to resist. We can work out the success of possession attempts on a case by case basis.

Abilities: Master of weaponry (improvised and otherwise), superhuman strength, increased metabolism, cancer-fueled healing factor, fourth wall breaking powers
Anything else: Because of his brain cells constantly dying and regenerating every second, Wade's mind is notoriously difficult to read, to the point where at least one person has suffered from acute brain death from trying to make sense of it all. So really, it depends on you. If you'd like to play out Mukuro suffering from side-effects as a result to psychically linking with Wade, then of course I'm all for it! If not, then we can just handwave Wade having some sort of strange mental firewall or something.
Likewise, in canon Wade's only been possessed by ghosts (and possibly cybernetics), but if you'd like to play out some side-effects (such as Wade being aware and able to talk to him while he's being possessed or Mukuro suffering from intense pain as a result of Wade's cancer) then I would totally be on board with fudging the rules a little bit (comic book rules are notoriously fluid that way). Again, it's really all up to you and what would be easier (or more enjoyable) for you to play!

Abilities: 24/7 natural ability to see youkai/spirit types & high, untrained spiritual power. Even Natsume doesn't know just how powerful he is, aside from being able to do a few things on the first try that should have been difficult for a beginner just being told what to do. Anything else: Natsume's been possessed by youkai before, so there's a decent chance he'll notice or recognize the feeling if Mukuro were to try it. While he's also expelled a youkai from possessing him through sheer force before, he's also let one stay in order to help them out when they turned out not to be dangerous and he was sympathetic.

Possession: Depends on the situation, but generally yes!
Abilities: The big one is that he's capable of using magick, although it's not his specialty and he doesn't rely on it as much as his gun. He can summon a whole plethora of spells, but some of the ones he can cast are: elemental, (Water, Fire etc), white magick (healing), green magick (like Protect, which creates a magical shield of sorts for a short period of time), and temporary time magick (ie Haste or Slow). Other than that, he relies on his normal agility and marksmanship.
Anything else: He's a sky pirate and steals things? So I guess any skills that are related to that (ie lockpicking) can be used.

Possession: Same as above. But limited with the skills
Abilities: She has 2 runes, both of which are sentient and have a connection with her mind. The Angry Dragon Rune which lets her shift, absorb, and manipulate most kinds of energy energy. She can use it to enhance her already massive natural strength even further. Like normally she could put a dent in a steel plate, with the rune she can throw her fist right through it. She can shift the heat levels of things and cause the air around her to burst into flames or charge the molecules to surround herself with electric shit. Or just hold a glass and keep her drink at the perfect temperature. It also has a fully symbiotic relationship with her so it would do what it could to protect her.
She's also got the Fury Rune which is a fucking asshole constantly poking at her mind and trying to force her to feed into her anger, which also feeds the Angry Dragon Rune more energy. IT's pretty much going Super Saiyan. The angrier she gets the more energy the Fury Rune creates which gives the Angry Dragon more energy to feed off of but it also is constantly trying to take her over and genuinely cause her to completely give in and turn into a mindless hulk of punching and fire and electricity and death.
Without the Fury Rune her Angry Dragon is limited to one use every few minutes, with it it's a constant feed of energy.
Anything else: She's got a strong mental defense and knows what it feels like to have something in her mind and to fight off something constantly trying to take her over with the Fury Rune, so it's going to be a fight. A rad metaphysical fight.
Her martial arts style really resembles Japanese Strong Style wrestling. mostly strong hard punches meant to end a fight as quickly as possible, large uppercuts, suplexes, and if she grabs someone she'll put them in a chokehold or break bones. Pretty much she's entirely based on power moves. So for her martial arts really it's just, big strong moves. Fully powered she could literally put her fist through someones skull or punch through a concrete wall like it was paper.
So the angry Dragon Rune is the one based on manipulation of energy. Her fists aren't actually on fire, she just manipulates the heat energy and can add and remove so she shifts all the heat energy from one area and moves it to another causing it to get so hot the air literally catches fire while the lack of heat just inside protects her from actually being burned by the stuff.
She can also charge the molecules and create the same kind of thing with electricity making her a walking defibrillator Like charge it, move the hand close and shock a guy and send him flying 20 feet. Her power has a limited range and only stretches out about 4 inches from her body.
